  The house is nice and big. There is a nice pool. The hostess answered us very fast and solved all problems before and during the stay.

  1) The house was very dirty when we checked in: dust and black hair everywhere, even in the beds. There were pieces of excrement in the toilets; the house was not cleaned at all. 2) The photos are not actually true. The house is much older and doesn't look as nice as in the photos, but it's still nice. 3) There's a very, very loud road near the house; even at night, there are a lot of cars, quads, and bikes. 4) The pool filtration was very weak; the pool almost had insects, and we had to clean it. 5) After we complained about the dirty house, the hostess turned from a nice person to neutral. She still tried to solve the situation, but the cleaner lady was completely unprofessional. 6) The main entrance for the car is not comfortable. It is not automated; you don't have enough place to stop and need to open the gate manually. At least there could be an automated gate. 7) All air conditioning units are different; in one room, it's very powerful and cold, and in another room, it's very weak. The position of the bed and AC units are wrong; airflow comes directly to your body, and even if you set a slow airflow, you feel cold at night. If you turn it off, it's very hot.

  The pool is nice and large with a jacuzzi at one end. Internally it is spacious with good air conditioning. The pool table is a nice addition. Three good sized bedrooms and all with comfortable beds and TV’s.There is a little shop next door for basic shopping items that are reasonably priced. There is a good utility room for your washing and ironing needs.

  The booking .com photos are not a true reflection of the property. The balconies do not have any tables or chairs available. The main balcony is locked and cannot be used. We asked about this on day one and were told there was an “incident” previously and therefore the main balcony is closed off to guests and all patio furniture has been removed. Not ideal as you can appreciate sometimes a nice coffee on your balcony is part of the holiday experience. The kitchen was not equipped for our party of 4 adults. Very little crockery( a salad bowl and two side plates were supplied on day 2 to be fair) but still not enough general utensils. No bbq equipment should you want to use it. We were there for 2 weeks and after 4 days towels and bedding were changed with a minimal clean (although only three towels replaced) there was no other visits for cleaning or towel/bedding changing for the rest of our stay. The property is on a very busy main road( not made clear in the description) it is very loud with trucks and cars passing all day. It is not a peaceful place to chill in the daytime. It is quite remote with taxis costing €20 each way to visit Tsilivi.
