    Bilik cantik, mudah akses, sangat berbaloi dengan harga. Agen pantas beri maklum balas jika ada apa-apa yang diperlukan. Harap dikekalkan.

    Singki ada problem sedikit dan agen dah ambil maklum perbaiki👍🏻. Kemudian tiada cermin besar untuk bersiap, hanya ada satu sahaja cermin kecil di dalam bilik air.

    They asked for deposit

    The staff is responsive, good location.

    We booked Palazio, but the staff contacted us on WhatsApp and said they don’t have room Palazio and asked us to stay in other place instead. After that, they requested us to pay RM200 deposit which was not stated on Booking.com, however we didn’t have Malaysian account and had to explain so hard to get them waived the deposit. No shower gel no shampoo, only get the Wifi set up at 9pm which we were waiting from 4pm, the place was dusty. We requested for invoices, no response at all.
