    Property is located in my favorite area of Florence - close to the Arno river, Piazza Santa Trinita, Piazza Della Repubblica and more. Tons of shopping and restaurants all around. The apartment is very large and clean with two sitting areas, dining area and kitchen. Fairly easy to access on the (European) 1st floor.

    Not huge issues, but be aware there is no lift, so must walk up a full flight of stairs. Also the second shower is very small and short, could be a challenge for anyone taller than about 5' 8".

    Avoid stay here unless you wish to sign a lease agreement, and take alll your rubbish with you

    Location was excellent. Very close to the center of Florence

    Even with aircon on, it was cold. For the first time ever in our travels , we had to sign a lease contract in Italian before we could stay. Also we had to take all our rubbish with us when we left. another very sad first. Either make the apartment available for rent or not. A lease agreement for 4 nights is not acceptable . I would not recommend this property. Very unhelpful. We would not stay here again

    This was the perfect place for our family’s vacation!

    The location was great - so close to everything we wanted to see but not loud. Lots of space for our family to spread out. Beautifully decorated and lots of amenities

    property wasn’t very clean. we found toenails on the ground, the carpets were not vacuumed. we had issues with the aircon. The hosts were responsive however it was a disappointing stay
