Déçu par rapport au prix
Le personnel, le buffet du petit déjeuner, la situation géographique.
Le prix, il n'a de "palazzo" que le nom. C'est un vieil immeuble des années 60. La chambre très propre est petite, pas de salle de bain mais un cabinet de toilette, on n'y tient pas a deux. Pour un prix de 1350 € pour 3 nuits. Moitié prix serait honnête.

Very enjoyable.
Building, location, staff. Breakfast team very helpful and friendly.
Nit much to say. Maybe the mattress, not very flat anymore due to wear and tear.

Overall, good value for money consider it is Florence. I only wish they do something about the smell
Great staff and location. The team was very friendly and helpful. They acted very professionally and tried their best to help. The location is fantastic as you are close to everything and just a short walk from most of the famous attractions
The smell in the room was really something! We complained when we just walked in and the staff were great and changed our room. But the smell started again after mid-night in this room too! They told us that this is a familiar problem in Florence every time it rains! The room isolation was also very thin. We can hear everything in the room next to us and felt them when they checked in mid-night!
