  Stilvolles Hotel im Zentrum mit herzlicher Gastgeberin

  Wunderbare Unterkunft im Herzen von Casarano Das Palazzo Alma war ein Volltreffer. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Zentrum, und die Unterkunft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Alles war blitzsauber, das Zimmer ist authentisch und mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Gabriella, die Besitzerin: unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, flexibel beim Check-in und sie hat mich sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Das Frühstück gibt es in einem Café gleich um die Ecke, mit hervorragendem Kaffee und sehr feinem Gebäck. Wer nach Casarano kommt, sollte unbedingt hier übernachten. Ich komme gerne wieder.

  Excellent 10 stars not five looking forward to coming back and staying again

  This property is absolutely exceptional ! It has everything you could need or want and the decor is beautiful. You could not ask for a better place to stay. I 100% would stay here again. and Gabriella, who is hosting she goes above and beyond to help you .. she is outstanding ! it really is an amazing place to stay.

  L' imponenza del palazzo storico, ristrutturato con maestria ed eleganza, e, soprattutto, l' ineguagliabile cortesia di Gabriella e Mario, prolifici di indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, sui ristoranti, sui lidi "in" dai quali ottenere sconti particolari per godere appieno della vacanza. Non è finita qui. Qualunque tua esigenza è presa in considerazione per aiutarti a risolverla a tuo vantaggio. A costo zero. Per noi è stato così. E siamo esseri normali. Un grazie a Gabri e Mario per averci fatto sentire a casa.

  Abbiamo scelto per fretta e sbadataggine un locale adatto più a una giovane coppia che ad una, diciamo così, un "tantino datata", per la camera da letto raggiungibile tramite scala e con tetto ribassato, ma troppo bello. Anche per questo problema abbiamo ricevuto un cortese favore che ci ha aiutato a trascorrere lo stesso una serena vacanza.

  Apartamento muy limpio con atención muy buena

  La atención de Gabriella fue excepcional. Nos trató con mucho cariño. El alojamiento estaba impecable y era cómodo. Es tal y como se ve en las fotos.
