Not a pleasant stay
historical building at great location
The service is pretentious with attitude for so called luxury hotel. It’s tricky & unprofessional to include a discretionary service charge in the final bill. Requested a quiet room but turned its noisy because the room close to the back of kitchen/working area

Great location friendly staff but attention to customer issues required
The location was prime. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was quite reasonable. And the hotel was quite clean.
Our room had a terrible odour, which we explained at the beginning, but nothing was done about it. They were allowed banging sounds above our room late evening and early morning which also went unexplained.

Plumbing issues - shower was only lukewarm for both days that we stayed.
