Room for improvement
Spa area, the space was clean the pool was nice and warm and both sauna and stem functional ❤️ very cosy space
The service during breakfast wasn’t up to standard, breakfast variety was ok but did lack fresh fruit. We were there for only 2 days and the 2nd day they opened late, they were very disorganized. The warm food was still being prepared . The scrambled eggs looked and tasted awful 😢 by the time they came out

Muy lindo hotel , pero atención porque puede tocar el ático
El hotel era muy lindo muy bien ubicado en el centro de Turín
Nos dieron una habitación en el altillo debíamos agacharnos para salir de la cama sin golpearnos la cabeza somos mayores de 70 años no lo contemplaron

Un hôtel très confortable et très bien situé
L'emplacement est idéal, tout proche des principaux musées et du centre. Nous avons été surclassés, notre chambre était très confortable, très moderne et spacieuse. La piscine, le sauna et le hammam sont très appréciés après une journée de visites. Super détente ! Le personnel est aux petits soins pour répondre à vos demandes et c'est aussi un côté très appréciable. Nous avions chaque jour à notre disposition dans la chambre des boissons diverses, bouteilles d'eau, jus de fruits ainsi que des biscuits et paquets de chips.
Le petit-déjeuner, correct, pourrait cependant être amélioré au niveau du salé comme du sucré. Peu de variété dans l'ensemble.
