Pulizia, estrema cortesia del titolare e l'eccellente posizione della struttura rendono il palazzo il fiore all'occhiello del centro storico di Potenza fra le strutture ricettive.

Mittendrin statt nur dabei - Bella Italia
Mittendrin, statt nur dabei! Das Zimmer mit traumhaften Blick auf das gegenüberliegende historische Theater befindet sich in einem wunderschönen historischen Palazzo im 3. Stock. Aufzug vorhanden. Das Gebäude toll restauriert, das Zimmer ausreichend groß und modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Da das Gebäude unter Denkmalschutz steht, gibt es leider keine Klimaanlage, der vorhandene kleine Ventilator bringt leider kaum etwas. Im Zimmer ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Der Vermieter Giulio ist super nett und ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber! Das Cafe schräg gegenüber ist für das morgendliche Frühstück zu empfehlen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort genossen und können es nur empfehlen, wenn man direkt am Puls der Altstadt wohnen möchte.
Es gibt keine fest zugewiesenen Parkplätze, die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich in der Altstadt schwierig. Am Haus sind drei bis vier legale Plätze ohne Gebühr vorhanden. Die Piazza wird ab 06.00 Uhr mit Kehrmaschinen gereinigt, Altglas eingesammelt. Dann musste man die Balkontür schließen, die vorher wegen der fehlenden Klima offen bleiben musste.

Bon emplacement sur la place principale.
Chambre trop petite. Pas de climatisation. Ventilateur bruyant et pas efficace. Bouteille d eau à disposition entamée. Le lieu n est pas accessible en voiture.

Posizione centralissima ottima per visitare Potenza. Il gestore gentilissimo. Mi ha anche prenotato un ottimo posto dove cenare

Soggiorno ideale per coloro che cercano di trascorrere una breve vacanza nel centro storico di Potenza. Consigliato.
Mi è piaciuta la posizione: struttura posta in pieno centro, tutto a portata di mano.
