Experiencia correcta
Situado en un antiguo pequeño palacio, a unos minutos de la estación de tren. Dando un paseo puedes visitar la torre de pisa y el resto de los monumentos importantes de la ciudad. Baño bonito y muy amplio. Surtido de amenities muy completo. Nuestra habitación tenía una estupenda terraza con vistas al bonito jardín del palacio. Salón comunitario muy agradable con detalle de café y dulces.
No hay ascensor por lo que hay que subir el equipaje por la escalera. La habitación me pareció un poco pequeña para ser una suite y los muebles blancos, lacados, muy impersonales, no son los que yo esperaría para este tipo de alojamiento. Almohadas un poco duras.

Nice place
The location was within walking distance to the train station and the Leaning Tower which we were there to see. It is also centrally located to excellent restaurants, shops and laundromats. The room was beautiful and breakfast delivered to the room added an extra touch. The staff was very attentive to our needs.
The only negative item was the two-person bathtub/jacuzzi. Upon using it, it spewed black particles all in the bathtub which was not pleasing at all. Perhaps it had not been thoroughly cleaned before. The next morning we did show the staff member of the residual particles. We did not use the bathtub afterwards. A little disappointing since this was a feature that we were looking forward to enjoy after long days of walking around Pisa. I am sure corrective action will be addressed.

Sijainti oli erinomainen ja riittävän rauhallinen ettei ulkoa kuulunut melua. Huone oli siisti ja tilava, sekä hyvin varusteltu. Aamiainen tuotiin huoneen ulkopuolelle, joka oli puuttuvaa kahvia lukuunottamatta moniouolinen.
Henkilökunta oli töykeää ja kahvikone huoneessa ei toiminut. Henkilökunta ei halunnut asiassa auttaa, eikä voinut mainita että yleisissä tiloissa olisi ollut toinen kahvikone, kun aulasta kysyttiin missä lähin kahvila mistä saisi huoneeseen kahvia. Rappuskäytävästä raikaa ääner huoneisiin. Onneksi tällä kertaa vain huone naapuri lähti laukun kanssa kahdeksalta aamulla, eikä yöllä kukaan liikkunut portaissa.
