    Overall It was a pretty good stay.

    Spacious room, central, near the beach and cafe/restaurant, clean. Tram opposite the hotel.

    The smell at arrival. No change of towels the 4 days we were there, Cockroaches in the shower cubicle.

    Not bad, not great

    Great location and very comfortable

    Also very noisy facing the canal and gold coast highway. Noisy show offs in cars and jetskis very annoying. Premises were dated and a bit rundown
