  Our apartment was very comfortable.

  Great location. Close to everything we wanted to see. 10 minutes from the train station was a plus. The property manager was easy to reach.

  Pretty darn close to a perfect 10+

  Real Review: The location is perfect: 10+. If you are in Florence to see the museums and the churches and the bridges and the shopping this is right in the middle of everything and a quick walk to anywhere you want to go. It is also about a seven minute walk to the main train station SMN. Although it's very close to the train station, It's down a couple of quirky side streets, so you don't get the noise and the huge tourist rush from the train station. We were in Florence for just one night and we arrived by train and had to depart by train the next morning and the location was fabulous. The management of this apartment appears to be a professional operation. They have multiple apartments in the same building, With what appears to be an office on site. They were waiting for us when we arrived, they professionally processed our documents, They provided us with a tour and with appropriate keys and Wi-fi passwords. The entire check in process was professionally handled. 10+ Our apartment has been recently remodeled. Up-to-date locks and security, a working elevator (a rarity in Italy), Great water pressure in the bathroom, great lighting, comfortable bedding with high quality sheets. The rooms are large, The ceilings are high, The large windows let in plenty of light even though we were facing an interior courtyard without any sunlight, And the room was quiet during the evening hours of sleeping. Facilities 10+. We rented the apartment on very short notice, Needing a place to stay in the morning and we were fully rented and approved in the apartment by the afternoon. It is advertised as a two bedroom with a one bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is perfect and has plenty of room for a couple. The upstairs bedroom which we did not use is smaller and might be appropriate for kids, But if it were two couples traveling together one couple would certainly get a better bedroom than the other.

  Overall this place is a winner! I would have absolutely no hesitation about staying here again. The only thing in this review that did not get a 10 out of 10 was value for the money. And perhaps that's just a Personal opinion. It was a bit pricey. But it was also an excellent location and an excellent facility handled in a very professional way. So the price is not cheap, but neither is the service or the quality that you receive. If I were traveling back to Florence and I was only going to be staying two or 3 nights, I would book this place again without any hesitation. If I were staying a week or more I would probably shop around a little bit to find something a bit less expensive. Having said all of that, I will also say that if you are traveling to Florence you should book it as soon as possible because all of the really good properties fill up very quickly. And go see the Opera at St. Marks church!
