  Fantastic stay in heart of Monopoli

  We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of Monopoli. Visiting in October, we especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the terrace, enjoying the warm autumn sunshine and lovely views over the town. It was such a peaceful and memorable way to begin each day! The location is simply unbeatable, and we had no trouble finding parking in the area recommended by Gianni. There are around 50 steps leading up to the apartment, but for anyone with reasonable mobility, they are easily manageable. There is also a ramp, which we thought was a very considerate addition. Gianni was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. His recommendations and assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely come back. A wonderful place to stay while exploring Monopoli and beautiful Puglia!

  Aristocratic experience

  An excellent location, with direct access from the beautiful Piazza Garibaldi. The flat is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need, including: a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, etc. A small private balcony, ideal for dining, plus access to the rooftop terrace, which also features a separate private area for each flat - offering beautiful views of the sea and the old town. Impeccably clean. The air conditioning works well. The water pressure and drainage are also faultless, which is worth noting for a place like this - as these aspects often perform much worse in newer buildings. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.

  A little noise in the morning, resulting from cleaning work in nearby restaurants.

  An excellent flat in an excellent location.

  The location was exceptional—right in old town, within very easy walking distance of everything. The flat was large, comfortable, very clean, and the private terrace was an excellent place for morning coffee, afternoon wine, or a quick night-cap before bed. The flat was light, and opening the windows let in the breeze, keeping in comfortable, but the AC worked perfectly as well. The windows also blocked out the sound perfectly—there was no noise from the busy streets below. It was really a fantastic place. I’d definitely recommend.

  Just once thing detracted: 62 steps from the piazza to the flat. Not at all a deal-breaker, but one had to plan comings and goings.

  We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment right in the heart of Monopoli’s Old Town! The location couldn't be better—step right outside and you're surrounded by charming whitewashed alleys, great local spots, and the sea just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A special thank you to Mrs. Michela, the owner, and all the staff who were so incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our trip truly unforgettable. We would love to come back!
