    the kindness of the staff, the location, and the breakfast

    1) No air conditioning in the gym room . It is very stuffy and in an enclosed room like yours is difficult to breath. 2) No wifi in the gym 3) The breakfast was amazing, but I believe you need to improve the way you prepare your coffee options (the cappuccino for instance was not well prepared (the milk was not properly foamed and the coffee was boiling, beyond the suggested temperature for a cappucino)
