    Мало уделяется внимание для безопасности пожилых людей и инвалидов.

    В номере и в лобби имеются ступеньки края которых малозаметны. Это очень опасно, особенно для пожилых людей. Мне пришлось наклеить полоски медицинского пластыря, чтобы моя жена уверенно замечала края ступенек. И это не только в этой гостинице, это повсеместно в Венеции. Поинтересуйтесь как это сделано в гостиницах Израиля, как сделаны удобные переходы для пожилых людей и инвалидов. С уважением Александр.

    Beautiful hotel - excellent location - wonderful staff!

    Beautiful boutique hotel in the BEST location! Rooms are gorgeous, spacious - breakfast was fantastic! We were given the "penthouse" apartment and it was stunning, particularly the rooftop terrace! Highly highly recommend! Staff were wonderful, helpful, pleasant and more than accomodating!

    Posizione centralissima, comoda, ben collegata alla stazione/parcheggio piazzale Roma. Personale molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Camera pulita con tutti i servizi necessari. Davvero una bellissima esperienza!!!
