    Eine grosszügige, sehr saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Das eine oder andere müsste renoviert und repariert werden

    Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, grosse Wohnung/viel Platz, Vermieter sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar

    Zum teil etwas abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Wohnung hätte grosses Potenzial

    Sehr schöne Wohnung tolle Lage mittendrin!!

    Einige Mängel in der Wohnung! Türgriffe defekt, Spülmaschine funktioniert. nicht richtig(nach Spülgang immer noch schmutzig), Klimaanlage gibt laute Geräusche von sich.

    Großes Apartment im Altstadtviertel von Como. Die Lage ist genial. Alles andere ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Die Kl

    Perfekte Lage, mitten im Zentrum von Como! Die Zimmer sind auch groß genug. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und hat gut geklappt.

    Die Wohnung muss dringend saniert werden. Ich war vor einigen Jahren bereits dort da war alles noch ziemlich in Ordnung. Wir kamen in die Wohnung und es hat über 30°. Die Klimaanlage gingen nur in den Schlafzimmern, in den Wohnräumen war es kaum auszuhalten. Auch die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmer sind dringend sanierungsbedürftig, sie kühlen, kaum ab und machen einen ziemlichen Lärm, alle 18 Sekunden kommt ein brummen, von dem man wieder im Schlaf aufwacht, sie gehören wirklich saniert. Wir haben mit der Agentur telefoniert, ich habe Fotos geschickt, es wurde jedoch nichts gemacht, war ja auch Wochenende. Die Agentur war erreichbar. Die Armaturen in den Waschräumen sind völlig desolat. auch diese gehören unbedingt saniert.
