Шикарное расположение в самом центре города. Фантастический вид с общей террасы, которые почему-то кроме нас никто не пользовался. Мы пару раз сидели там вечером с бокалом вина. И пили там кофе на завтрак. Очень классно оборудованная кухня на которой можно сделать чай кофе и хранить свои продукты в холодильнике. Есть постирочная комната, что для нас было удобно так как мы уже путешествовали до этого неделю по тоскане и хотелось освежить свои вещи. Кроме того, ну почему ты думали что выселение в 11 и опоздали на выселение в 10 , отель пошёл нам навстречу и не оштрафовал нас
холодновато в местах общего пользования, слишком дул сильно кондиционер

Perfect apartment and location for our visit to Florence!
The host Jessica met us and a code was provided. The place was highly secure and we heard absolutely no noise from the street. She was super sweet and provided us a map with all of her favorite spots to eat and visit during our stay. The place has a washer which was highly needed at that point of our trip. After check out, they held our luggage and booked our taxi at the time we desired. All of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We will absolutely return to this property on our next visit!

Paying for the location
The location is super convenient for all of the main sight seeing points. We also liked having a washing machine in one of the rooms we booked.
The apartment was pretty dusty and there was some mysterious water puddle on the night table in one of the rooms. The ACs were automatically turned off and not cooling down the space enough. The worst part was the mattress in one of the rooms had a literal sunken part and it made sleep extremely uncomfortable.
