    Great location but we would have preferred a softer mattress.

    The location, the breakfast, the staff and the cleanliness.

    The bed was very hard and our room had a lot of noise from outside at night.

    Dreamlike place in Florence

    Wow, what an amazing property. The location is to die for.. you can see Brunelleschi's tomb from your room. It is 10m minutes from the SM station. The room is huge and the bathroom really big. The breakfast service is to die for. Getting a multi course breakfast at a time of your choosing. felt really pampered. There are so many options for lunch and dinner all walking distance. THE LOCATION IS JUST PERFECT. Actually everythinG about this property is PERFECT

    Wunderbarer Ort und mit außergewöhnlich tollen Menschen!

    Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Florenz zu erleben. Wunderbare Menschen haben mich wertschätzend und hilfsbereit unterstützt, nach dem Diebstahl von Kreditkarte und Mobiltelefon in Florenz zurecht zu kommen. Außergewöhnlich! Von außen nicht sofort als Hotel erkennbar, im dritten Stock eines alten Hauses. Alle Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl, nachhause zu kommen. Alessandro spricht viele Sprachen fließend, ist hoch engagiert, professionell und zugleich unglaublich hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer haben einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Das Bett war komfortabel, Frühstück, was das Herz begehrt. Alle Menschen, die dort.arbeiten, sind freundlich, professionell und sympathisch. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

    Es gab nichts! Das ich hätte beklagen können.
