    We will not be returning.

    The property location was excellent and the breakfast room and breakfast was great.

    This property is NOT a hotel. We had great difficulty checking in. Attempted to call the property on 3 occasions with no response. The entry door to the building was locked with no way of entry and NO sign for the accommodation. Even the taxi driver was perplexed. Very poor and stressful after a long flight from Australia. There was a safe in our room that was not working. I flagged this with the manager that the battery may need to be replaced to be told 'it was only replaced last month'. Eventually the safe was checked and the battery was replaced. Attitude of some of the property's staff was disappointing.
