    Die Nähe zum Tegernsee ist einfach traumhaft. Einfach über die Straße und man ist drin. Auch die Terrasse war wunderschön.

    Die Nähe zur Straße ist tatsächlich der einzige negative Punkt. Sie ist stark frequentiert, wodurch es sehr laut ist. Ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist nicht möglich.

    Die Unterkunft hat tatsächlich unsere Erwartungenen übertroffen. Wir haben deshalb unseren Urlaub spontan um weitere 5 Nächte verlängert. Der Ort Tegernsee und alles drumherum ist ein Traum. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

    Komfortabel Wohnung. Seeblick. Auto Stellplatz.

    Nicht genügend Küchenutensilien. Die Möbel und die Ecken nicht besonders sauber. Sehr laut. Keine Seife, kein Waschmittel für Waschmaschine und keine Kaffee Pads. Also sehr sparsame Vermieter. Das Netflix-Nutzung war vereinbart. Der Netflix-Zugang war unbekannt.
