The staff at the reception was very professional and friendly. Lucio was one of the best staff we met and very calm.

The air conditioning wasn't great, but the staff tried their best to make us feel comfortable.

good short stop if traveling by train. Neighborhood is not so pleasant.

Near the train station, so convenient but gritty area. Would have liked the hotel more, in a nicer location.
