L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner.
Nous avions choisis la chambre médiévale, grosse erreur: elle sentait l’humidité et elle était très sombre. Pour aller à la salle de bain, il fallait monter des marches, la douche était très très petite et le drain de la ne se vidait pas.

dommage, car nous nous attendions à quelque chose de bien mieu.
a part l'amabilité de l'employée rien du tout!
la chambre ne correspondait pas à la photo qui ce trouve sur votre site dont il ne nous était pas possible de voir l'état de celle-ci (propreté etc.)!!! Ainsi, nous avons écourté notre séjour et si vous consultez nos réservations vous constaterez que nous avons pris une chambre à l'IBIS de Brindisi par rapport au prix car bien entendu nous n'avons pas été remboursé pour les trois nuits non effectuées à Gallipoli.

Will not return and will not recommend to others
Character-decorated room with good coffee at breakfast.
Very musty/mouldy smell in the room. Small, difficult-to-access bathroom. One dirty bathroom towel. Very poor room lighting. Difficult to lug suitcases from the distant car park area. Dirty streetscape in front of the hotel.
