Incredible location, super friendly and informative staff, clean room, great value.
Incredible location - so wonderful to walk out into the heart of the old town. The staff was super friendly, very informative and able to help with our plans for touring nearby and arranging transport back to the airport. The room was beautiful and clean. Overall a great value!
We had minor problem with bad smell in the bathroom which was resolved next day. We had reserved room with two twin beds pushed together to make a single bed since queen bed was not available, but would have been more comfortable with mattress topper to help reduce falling into the crack.

Palazzo Gargiulo is conveniently located, and has nice, clean rooms and pleasant staff
The location is fantastic. You are greeted by restaurants and shops right outside the hotel courtyard, and you are short walk from Palazzo Tasso and the marinas. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were kind and helpful. We did have much to request of them, but they were always friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A little noisy at night but expected as it’s so central within the bars and restaurants.

The room was very clean, but there was a noticeable smell of fresh paint/renovation. The bathroom was on the smaller side. On the positive side, the small terrace was a lovely bonus. A special mention to Iris at the front desk—she was extremely friendly and gave us many helpful suggestions. Overall, a good experience.
