  Really enjoyable stay at this modern well located apartment.

  The property was well located and close to main sights. Security was innovative with several modern lock arrangements. It was very modern and appeared newly refurbished. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and the nespresso coffee machine was easy to use. Our host was very helpful with instructions and information about the town.

  Slightly noisy on the street at night but this was not really a problem for us. Everything about this modern property was great.

  Your Own Little Parma Palace

  This was probably my favorite place in our travels throughout Italy. Conveniently located right on the plaza and well-decorated. Big bathroom, a kitchen, and the bed faces a shuttered window overlooking the piazza, which I loved. Very pleasant and enjoyable.

  The shuttered windows keep out most of the street noise but not all of it. Some nights were pretty noisy but that didn't bother me. Fussy sleepers may not find it as charming. Stayed there almost a week but only given nespresso pods for one night. Italy in general seems a bit stingy with these kinds of amenities so you have to go with the flow. Really enjoyed our stay.

  Absolutely fantastic location, near the Piazza Garibaldi, shops and restaurants. Room was small but cosy and pretty, with comfy bed and good-sized shower. Safe was not usable, so I had to lock my valuables in my suitcase. Otthers had commented on the AC - I agree with them. Even when set at 15°C, was barely noticeable. Thankfully the external weather was cool, so opening the windows helped. Would have been unbearable if it was summer!! FYI - there's no daily housekeeping.

  Great location! Perfect room.

  The location is perfect. The room (we had Room 5) was spacious, comfortable, clean and elegant. In Italy, it was great to have an elevator available - after 5 cities in 2 weeks, that suitcase was becoming dreadful. The decor is beautiful, the bed is extremely comfortable, the washroom is elegant with great water pressure in the shower. We were extremely happy and would definitely return!

  It would have been nice to have a proper knife in the kitchen to cut up salami, as there was only eating cutlery, not prep or serving cutlery. That is the only thing we could find that could be improved. Everything was so wonderful.
