    Superb accommodation with an outstanding restaurant at a reasonable price.

    We had stayed at the Palazzo a week earlier on the way to our holiday house rental further south in Salento and had enjoyed the experience so much that we came back for another night so that we could once again dine at their fantastic restaurant Ama. Having spent another month sampling the culinary treats of this wonderful region of Italy we still consider this the best restaurant we have experienced. The carpaccio of Gallipoli prawns was exquisite!

    It is a nice building structure that is decorated nicely as well. If your goal is to completely shut-off and escape from the busy city and lifestyle, this is a great option.

    Only offers breakfast (that for some people may be very small and limited). There is no availability to have lunch there, but only a dinner at the restaurant that opens later in the day. Given that the village and nearby villages don't have any real options for lunch either, you may be left without any food for hours unless you are willing to travel for 30-40 minutes to a nearby town. There is supermarket nearby that you could get some snacks but that is it. The suite as it is a very large room, felt very hot at times as the AC was not adequate to fully cool it, keep in mind we booked in mid August (hot summer). Internet service (both from the hotel and from service providers in the area) was also not great and could be an issue if you have to connect to it.
