    Great!

    Good location, spacious and clean. Staff contacted us to let us know the room was ready earlier than expected which was great.

    Lots of stairs and no lifts - not an issue for our group but may be for those with mobility issues - would advise asking for room 1 if this is the case.

    Adequate space considering Rome is busy tourist city

    No lift as was given 3 floor (well 6 sets of stairs) to get up. No instructions to advise lock situation, was left in panic to feel unsafe of how it worked. Was shown the next morning by a handy man who came to fix shower holder
