    Good location, but it neede a good cleaning.

    For me, the only positive aspect of the apartment was that it’s in a good location, is spacious, and is a 15-minute walk from downtown and 15 minutes from the Verona Porta Vescoso train station.

    The bathroom sink wouldn't drain, so I had to brush my teeth in the bathtub. The shower was really gross; I don't think it had ever been cleaned, it was black where the water comes out. The coffee maker didn't work, I showed the host a video, but he ignored me. The kitchen utensils were dirty, like the pots and cutlery. The light in the bathroom didn’t work, and the air conditioner didn’t have a control to adjust the temperature; the apartment was always very hot.

    Great location, with some improvemnents

    Location was very good, quiet, the apartment spacious,

    We have identified smaller deficiencies, e.g. missing mugs, wine glasses, light bulbs, handwashing liquid, the dishes didn't look really clean. Yes, therese small things, but we are used to a better service level on our trips. When we mentioned these to the owner, he answered all our points but obviously didn't want to make any changes to please us. This was what upset us. We consider this as not understanding hospitality. We wanted to give him suggestions to become better.

    Die Lage war super und das Appartement war sehr groß.

    - im Appartement liegt ein Zettel aus, der Rabatt auf andere Appartements bietet bei einer guten Rezensionen. Da kommen wahrscheinlich die ganzen guten Bewertungen - dreckige Mikrowelle, dreckiger Ofen - kein Geschirrtuch o.ä. - Jeder hatte nur ein Handtuch, es gab keine Händehandtuch ö.ä. - Duschkopf schwarz vor Kalk - Lichter im Schlafzimmer und oberen Bad funktioniert nicht (Gastgeber gibt an, nichts davon zu wissen und jemanden zum reparieren vorbeischlichen zu wollen. Jedoch gibt es schon vorherige Bewertungen mit dem selben Thema) - Dusche läuft aus, Waschbecken tropft unten, daher steht ein Eimer unter - Couch ist sehr durchgesessen - Waschbecken sieht aus, als würde es bald von der Wand abfallen
