Comfortable, spacious apt in a wonderful location.
Great location, spacious rooms, full bath for each bedroom, very comfortable couches and beds, really nice quiet street but very close to restaurants, San Marco Square, and other places to visit.
Living room furnishings and rugs were a bit shabby. would be much more welcoming to guests with small amenities like a roll of paper towels, bath soap, starter packets of coffee and tea, etc as is common in other Venice rentals.

L' appartement est très bien place. Ennrealite se sont deux appartement raccordes ensemble
L appartement est sombre. La cuisine est très petite et meriterait une renovation. Il n y a pas de lave vaisselle. Un depot de garantie est demande et n est pas restitutie malgré le respect des consignes. On a nous a demande 150 euros de plus en espèces le jour de l arrivée car nous avions des enfants. La moutiers du depot de garantie n' a ont pas été restitue et ce alors qu' aucun état des lieux contradictoire n a été fait. Venise souffre certainemebt du sur tourisme et les proprietaires profitent de cette situation. L appartement est très bien place mais necessiterait quelques travaux de renovation. La machine a laver est très petite Hello

The three bathrooms are really a blessing for a family of five! The apartment is big enough and comfortable. The rooms are nice too. The location of the apartment is really nice; everything can be visited on foot, with the maximum walking time being about 15 minutes.
The kitchen is a little bit small.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem i klarowne instrukcje. Apartament bardzo duży. Oprócz trzech sypialni jest salon z jadalnią i aneksem kuchennym. Łóżka pojedyncze miękkie i wygodne ale mogłyby być trochę dłuższe. Pozostałe sypialnie z bardzo wygodnym podwójnym materacem. Fajnie, że jest żelazko do prasowania. Ogólnie wszystko było ok
