  Central beliggenhed. Genial tagterrasse. Rent. Venlig vært. Dog en del støj fra gaden/gaderne.

  Stor, dejlig lejlighed med en rigtig flot tagterrasse, hvorfra der er en vidunderlig udsigt udover Napoli. Den er delvist overdrækket/aflukket, så den kan benyttes i alt slags vejr. Lejligheden er centralt placeret i det historiske centrum - tæt på alt.

  Lejligheden ligger ud til en af de travleste gader i det historiske centrum, hvilket medfører en del støj det meste af døgnet.

  Apartamento en pleno centro de Nápoles con todo lo necesario, muy limpio y bien equipado. Se encuentra en una calle principal por lo que hay bastante ruido en la calle, pero las ventanas aislan muy bien así que no es un problema. La cama y el sofá-cama muy cómodos. Gennaro un excelente anfitrión siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Sitio muy recomendable si visitas Nápoles!!

  I booked Palazzo Spinelli Apartments because of the excellent ratings. And when a place already has almost perfect reviews, it’s quite difficult to add anything without sounding like everybody else. But then we met Gennaro. I should probably explain that I am VERY much not a city person. I like silence, open spaces, nature and preferably considerably fewer people than Naples contains on a single street. 😂 The noise, traffic, scooters, crowds and general glorious chaos of Naples are basically everything my little countryside soul tries to avoid in life. So arriving here with luggage, a child and my slightly overwhelmed rural brain could have been interesting. And then Gennaro appeared. What an absolute angel of a human being. ❤️ He welcomed us as if we were old friends, showed us everything, explained every tiny detail and made absolutely sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was warm, patient, funny and genuinely caring — the kind of host who doesn’t simply hand you a key and disappear. And somehow, in the middle of a city that had my nervous system wondering what on earth I had done to it, Gennaro made us feel completely safe and at home. Even better, he works right next door in the most incredibly charming little meat shop, which only added to the feeling that we had accidentally stumbled into a tiny piece of real neighbourhood life rather than simply rented an apartment. The apartment itself deserves every one of its excellent ratings. But Gennaro is what made the stay unforgettable. Naples and I may not be destined for a lifelong love affair. 😂 But Gennaro? I’d come back just to see him. Five stars simply aren’t enough. Twenty from us. ⭐️❤️

  Gennaro e un padrone disponibile, ho fatto 4 notti. Excelente le darei un 10.al appartamento, Perché sta proprio in la via tribunale, centro historico a piedi può andare da per tutto. Pulitissimo, comodissimo, confortevole ce tutto. Ci sono 2 balcone che danno proprio alla via tribunale. Tornerò di sicuro
