    Anna went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect night even though the weather did not cooperate

    Apartment smells of mould. Other reviews also say this too.

    The manger will tell you the smell of mould this is normal. It's not. We stayed in 3 other stone properties on this holiday, not one of them smelt like this. She admits she uses a dehumidifier. You don't use one of those without knowing you have an issue. She offered us a free breakfast after checking out time. Obviously wants the credit, but to offer after this after we've left, is hollow. I did contact her during our stay about other issues, and again she waited till after check out to reply. The bed was rusty. She said it was antique style bed! Floor was filthy. Picture of my socks show this. She has an answer for everything. You can tell a lot about a person when things go wrong, and accept no responsibility. The only thing we did, was to miss the bad reviews already left by other people. All those reviews said the same thing about the smell. Avoid this place if you don't want your clothes smelling of mould.
