All in all I still give it 10/10 because of very gracious hosts and wonderful location
The host Flavia was great - clear communication, accommodated our earlier check-in, helped with getting our luggage to third floor, explained everything. Location is great and it’s a nice size apartment especially in the very center of Palermo. Beds are comfortable, AC worked well, everything is very clean
The shower doors are not easy to open or close. Showers are small which is sort of understandable for the old historic building. And make sure you bring your shampoo and body wash - not saying it should be provided, but would be nice to mention in the description that they only provide super small samples.

Nasz pobyt u Flavii był fantastyczny! Apartament był bardzo czysty, przestronny i świetnie wyposażony – mieliśmy wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, aby komfortowo spędzić kilka dni w Palermo. Lokalizacja okazała się idealna – wszystkie najważniejsze atrakcje starego miasta były w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Flavia jest niezwykle serdeczną i pomocną gospodynią. Od samego początku pozostawała z nami w kontakcie, udzieliła wielu cennych wskazówek dotyczących zwiedzania, restauracji i lokalnych atrakcji. Bardzo doceniliśmy dobrze zaopatrzoną lodówkę z lokalnymi produktami, świeżymi owocami, kawą i innymi smakołykami. Gorąco polecamy każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego noclegu z wyjątkową atmosferą i wspaniałą gospodynią.
