    Best location, minutes walk to the Tower and restaurants and the bus stop for the airport and bus station. Very comfortable bed and chairs. Thoughtfully appointed, hairdryer, coffee machine in foyer.

    Unfortunately I didn't get to stay in the one I booked with the great balcony as room is 4th floor but the lift only goes to 3rd floor so I had to change to the 3rd. Not clear in the description. Bathroom has huge cupboard for the handbasin that impedes access. Sent messages on booking app day before but no response so rang for the code when I arrived. Code was provided immediately by friendly woman who changed the room for me slso.

    We had an amazing time and could not have been happier with our stay.

    The balcony, the bed, the bathroom, the elevator, the food, the staff. Everything was just sensational and it was an overwhelmingly positive experience. We will absolutely stay again in the future.

    Convenient, comfortable and clean

    This is a room only place, but really easy access to numerous options for food and coffee. It was also very well situated for arrival by bus or ferry into Old Town. The room was spacious and (once I found it) the aircon worked well. The bathroom was clean and functional and there was a convenient lift to get luggage up and down. The access was easy

    Please update your in-room information. I really though I had until midday to vacate the room and appreciated the flexibility of the host when I was a little late.

    Great location but disappointed with the lack of service

    Location was great.

    I expected the bed would be made and towels changed during a 3 night stay. Other than a request for passport details by WhatsApp there was no staff contact at all.
