  Außergewöhnlich

  Atemberaubende Aussicht, Thessaloniki und das Merr liegt einen zu Füßen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Küche, gehobene Ausstattung. Alle Küchengeräte/ Utensilien sowie schönes Geschirr vorhanden. Der wirlpool auf der Terrasse ein Highlight auch kalt an heißen Tagen .

  Kleine Instandhaltungsarbeiten fällig. Dies wurde an Vermieter kommuniziert.

  A view worth reserving for

  However great the view looks in photos here, it's even better in person. If you're lucky, you may get a really clear day and can even see the summit of Olympus (almost 90km away!). Even when it's hazy, there's still a full view of the bay all the way to Peraia. The building is up a pretty steep hill, but there are buses that run regularly and stop very close. There are a bunch of really great restaurants in the area, and a small supermarket less than a 5 minute walk. We never felt cut off from the city, but it was also extremely peaceful.

  If you're going in summer, do be aware that only one of the bedrooms has an AC unit. There was a heat wave while we were visiting and the other bedroom did get quite hot, though I think this would not be as much of an issue during other times of the year. That said, it would have been nice for there to have been at least a fan to help move in the cooled air from the main room. The only other complaint I have is that there are small bits of the apartment that are showing some wear. The hooks for the towels in the bathroom are coming off the walls, and the shower head is dubiously patched to the spot where it is mounted. For a place that is so sharply designed, these things do wind up standing out.
