Havde håbet på engelsk talende personale, der kunne guide lidt rundt i byen.
Lækkert stor terrasse & pænt rent.god udsigt til vandet .
Intet forgik på engelsk, virkelig dårlig morgenmad, som ikke var på stedet… meget støj fra elevatoren, beskidt spa, som slet ikke kom i brug. Manglende info, da der ikke blev talt engelsk.

Forlænget weekend i Napoli med Amalfikysten, Pompei, Napolis undergrund og byvandring generelt
Morgenmaden var madbilletter til café 150 meter væk. Ok uden at være prangende. Beliggenheden er super, da man kan gå til de fleste ting. Ingen reception, men super kontakt til vært via whatsapp - meget hurtig respons
Bedre belysning på badeværelset i den ene lejlighed kunne ønskes.

Very Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Booking Management I booked and paid in full for two apartments in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to be informed that only one apartment was available. The staff gave me two options: either accept the one apartment or cancel my entire booking. The refund for the unavailable apartment should have been €100. However, I was told that I could only receive the full €100 if I canceled my entire reservation. If I decided to stay, they would refund only €40 in cash. This was extremely unfair and unacceptable. I arrived late at night after a long and exhausting journey, and I was in no position to start searching for another hotel. I had no practical choice but to accept the €40 refund. I paid for two apartments, but the hotel failed to honor my confirmed booking and then made me bear the financial consequences of their mistake

Unica nota positiva, materasso comodo.
Luce camera che si accende e spegne obbligandoci a tenerla spenta, porta asciugamani del bagno rotto, armadietto bagno inesistente ma c'era uno scaffale di ferro di pessima qualità, pareti appartamento piene di macchie gialle, la signora che ci ha "accolto" ha sbagliato i conti per la tassa di soggiorno e stava trattenendo un euro in più...ingresso palazzo con forte puzza di umidità. 75 euro a testa per un appartamento del genere sono veramente ridicoli!!!
