    Esperienza davvero negativa

    Nothing

I do not recommend this hotel! It is dirty, you can hear everything very much, people live next door are wild. You can even hear from another house, it is impossible to sleep. And the light is just terrible, you had to walk with flashlights. The meter was constantly knocked out, you turn on the air conditioner, light and hairdryer, there is no light at all.

The geographic location is close to the historic center.

Our stay managed by Domus Sicily was a disaster. On night one, the toilet flush was completely broken. The agency told us they couldn't help and to use a basin to manually flush. Only after heavy insistence did they fix it the next day. They promised a 20% refund for that night but never paid it. They take forever to reply and ignored us when the upstairs neighbor went crazy on our last night, violently banging a broom against our window shutters and angrily screaming at me in Italian. The apartment was incredibly filthy. The floors left our soles pitch black, the shower tiles were covered in disgusting black mold, and we even found a dangerous piece of broken glass on the floor next to the balcony door. The main entrance door is very difficult to open and closed, leaving us trapped multiple times in a smelly, unsafe-feeling stairwell. The street itself is narrow, foul-smelling, and packed with garbage. Because the alley is so tight, neighbors across the street are literally a couple of meters away, leaving zero privacy. Unresponsive agency, unsafe conditions, and filth—avoid at all costs.
