Schönes Apartment, aber mit Abstrichen.
Die Lage in Zentrumsnähe ist toll. Die Aussicht von dem Balkon bzw. der Dachterrasse auf Stadt und Hafen können fast nicht besser sein. Auch der zum Appartement gehörende Parkplatz ist perfekt.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist schlecht. Es reicht maximal für ein selbstgemachtes Frühstück. Sich selbst dort was zu Kochen ist mit dieser Ausstattung nicht möglich….außer vielleicht Ravioli aus der Dose. Es waren auch weder Geschirrtücher, noch Papiertücher zu finden. Auch bei der Sauberkeit im gesamten Apartment ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Mal ordentlich Abstauben und es wäre gut. Der hoch angepriesene Whirlpool war schmuddelig. In dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich auch eine bessere Matratzenqualität. Insgesamt ist das ganze Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis grenzwertig.

Nice views, convenient location, but would stay elsewhere next time.
Stunning views of the city and harbor. Convenient, easy to find location. Booked this place at 9pm after our other accommodation in Palermo flooded and we had to leave. Property manager was communicative and ensured we were able to get in to the place within 30 minutes of us booking. Close to everything.
When we arrived, we found the elevator to be out of order and had to climb to the 7th floor with our luggage. Upon entering, the floors in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom were wet from the storm that had come through and there were no towels other than the two sets of bath towels that we needed for our 3 day stay. The floors eventually dried but they were quite dirty; the bottoms of our feet and socks were black from the floors in the evenings. Bed was very creaky but overall comfortable. Mostly quiet but some noise from the piers and nearby fireworks. The elevator worked for one day, but was again nonworking when we checked out so we had to carry all of our luggage back down the 7 floors.
