    🚨 WARNING: Terrible Experience – Do Not Trust the Photos!My stay at this Connekt Home property managed by Pali Carters was a complete nightmare. The reality of this place is the exact opposite of the nice photos they advertise online. It is a case of extreme mismanagement and arrogance.Here are the major issues I faced:No Cleaning Staff: The promised home cleaning staff never showed up.Hidden Charges: They surprise you with extra costs that were never mentioned upfront.Filthy Conditions: Zero hygiene. The dustbins were left full and were never removed.Broken Amenities: Basic fixtures like the fans and light switches were completely broken.Zero Service or Empathy: The staff is incredibly arrogant. Even when a guest is unwell, they refuse to provide basic help, such as assisting with luggage.This is a very poor, highly unprofessional service. Save your money and avoid the stress—do not stay here.

    Exceptional

    This was my first Airbnb stay and first time in Mumbai. The location is easy to access. My friend and I were attending a conference at the Convention center. The location is central, amenities are good, place is safe. We were not spending much time indoors, but when we were there, it was comfortable and suited our needs. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again, I loved being able to walk to my meetings, parks, restaurants, and get to all the sites easily from this location. Connekt Homes were also very responsive to any and all questions we had. Thank you!

    Exceptional

    My go-to spot in Mumbai. The place is exactly as described, and the hosts are always helpful and responsive. The location is central, with catrter road promenade just few minutes away and the area feels safe. It’s truly been a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return soon.
