    Great location but needs to improve WiFi, temperature and soundproofing

    Great location. Stylish. Good value.

    WiFi was very poor so I couldn’t make work calls. The temperature is controlled by reception and the room was very cold. The open vents in the ceiling meant I could hear neighbours - being sick and making gross noises as if it were in my room.

    Wouldn’t stay again, it felt like it needed a really good clean and freshen up.

    Location is pretty good although it’s on a noisy road.

    Very old smelling and looking. Carpets weren’t very clean, bathroom in the room wasn’t clean and there was a damp smell throughout. No milk for coffee machine. Pretty disappointing stat given the price.
