  The breakfast was wonderful, the overall look and atmosphere of the place feel very genuine and authentic. We were able to park right in front. Our host was very friendly and welcoming.

  Hervorragend, gemütlich und unvergesslich

  Palio Litochoro hat unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen. Zunächst einmal ist die Lodge unglaublich liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man am Liebsten den Tag in der Unterkunft verbringen möchte. Die Gastgeber:innen und Mitarbeiter:innen sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Über den überragenden Service hinaus, haben wir auch noch Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants bekommen und ein Mitarbeiter hat uns sogar eine traumhafte Wanderroute empfohlen (er arbeitete zuvor als Wanderführer). Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die angebotenen Speisen sind alle selbstgemacht und unglaublich frisch. Hier schmeckt man die Qualität der Lebensmittel. Die Lage der Lodge ist toll - etwas am Rand des Ortes gelegen, sodass man vom Touristen Trubel verschont bleibt und sofort zu einer Wanderung in der Natur ist. Dennoch sind alle Restaurants und Geschäfte, mit einem kleinen Spaziergang schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ebenso gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber! Wir hatten einen rundum mehr als zufriedenstellenden Aufenthalt und würden sehr gern zurückkommen. Mit vollster Überzeugung können wir diesen wunderbaren Ort an jeden weiterempfehlen, der Gemütlichkeit und Qualität zu schätzen weiß!

  Place to be

  I do not know how I can explain my thoughts and feelings about this place and Litochoro. It is my second time at this place, and each time I feel really calm, at peace, and happy. First visit I had was in 2023 as solo and this time, I visited with my gf in 2026. I wish I could stay longer, and I wish to visit Litochoro again, and meet Sakis again, who is a wonderful person and host. ευχαριστώ πολύ, kardes, see you soon!

  A wonderful place to stay in the foothills of Mount Olympus

  It is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and happy to show you where the best walks and hikes are around Mount Olympus. They have a great breakfast, with home made cakes and everything you need for a buffet breakfast

  We are both over 70 and although fairly fit we found the uphill walk from town at the end of the day a bit too much a couple of times and had to take a taxi. We were there at the end of the season and taxi drivers are not always around. If you get a good one take his number so you can ring him when you need a taxi. We arrived by train and the train station is like an abandoned building - no one there and no taxis waiting. The station is approx 6 to 7km outside town. We rang the telephone numbers for taxis at the station, only to be told we'd have an hours wait. I rang the hotel and they very kindly contacted a taxi driver who picked us up within 15 minutes.   Τα πάντα ήταν τέλεια κ πολύ προσεγμένα , το πρωινό γευστικότατο, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό.. Θα το συστήσουμε ανεπιφύλακτα κ σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!!!
