    We traveled from Germany to Lapland in mid-December to experience the time before Christmas with snow and a true Christmas fairytale atmosphere. The apartment is very pleasant, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean, and especially in the evenings it was very romantic to drink tea while watching the snow fall outside the window. The Wi-Fi worked well. There is a kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, and all necessary kitchenware — everything you need for a comfortable stay if you want to have breakfast at home. The area is safe, and it was nice to take a walk to the city center (about 20 minutes). I can highly recommend this place!

    We especially liked the location – the train station, bus station, and a shop were nearby. We appreciated the peaceful area and the cozy yard. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary dishes and utensils, including a coffee maker and a kettle, making it easy to cook our own meals. Soft towels, a hairdryer, and shampoos added to the comfort. The host was helpful and responded to messages quickly.

    We didn’t like that the bathtub was very small, perhaps half the size of a normal one. Additionally, its bottom was extremely slippery, which we found potentially dangerous. The bathroom itself was also small, as was the sink, but it was functional. The stairs to the second floor (apartment 2) were very steep, and carrying heavy suitcases up was difficult. I especially want to mention the beds. The sofa bed, which is listed as part of the one-bedroom apartment, is actually a foldable guest bed for two people. It’s uncomfortable for stays longer than one night. The single bed in the kitchen area was otherwise fine, but its mattress kept sliding off. The pillows were very poor – this would at least be an easy improvement to make.
