I loved the central location and the facilities provided.

There was nothing I didn't like.

A bit of a treasure hunt to gain access to, but clean and efficient and in a great location

It felt safe, was clean and the aircon worked well. The car also has a designated parking space and plenty of room and it was a safe undercover spot - this was the property’s best feature

That getting access to it was so complicated. Finding street parking to be able to then follow all the complicated directions to access the key… I understand that this is probably how a lot of city accommodation now operates and that it is more efficient in many ways, it was just a big learning curve for us as we had never dealt with anything like that before. Also, I had requested information regarding the parking area height restrictions as I have a high vehicle, and this was not responded to at all. Luckily there was plenty of room.
