    Very good

The private pool was a lovely edition and the bedrooms were extremely spacious with excellent on suite bathrooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Some of the sun beds were broken as was the sun parasol but after we informed reception they brought us a working parasol

    Passable

The common areas of the house complex are very dirty, the living dining rooms of the house, and corredors are dirty, old furniture and not comfortable.

the rooms are big, beds are very nice.

Awesome place for families, lovely pool, helpful staff & close to other facilities/eateries.

We had the whole villa to ourselves & the pool was great to keep the kids entertained.

There was no air conditioning downstairs in the dining/lounge area, just fans. It would have been good for the family to all be together if it was cooler. We also couldn’t lock the downstairs doors from the outside, which made us feel as if we couldn’t leave things in the dining/kitchen/lounge area.

    Appalling treatment

I booked this so called hotel at short notice. I had concerns about the booking. Myself and Hotels.com tried very unsuccessful to settle the issue. They couldn't even be better to reply
