    Disappointed

    Location

Lots of maintenance issues that people were complaining about from March this year and none is fixed. Washing machine dirty, drier not cleaned from lint filter, found someone’s clothes in the cupboard. Sent on completely different address to Cairns apartment, caused so much stress on the first day of holiday. After talking to owner/manager he sent us the right instructions for Palm Cove. After that , no answer on why someone underwear was in the drawers. Also asked for later checkout for one hour, no answer. We left half and hour later, charged us $100 No luxury apartment, very basic and very expensive for what it is.

    Comfy stay at Palm cove

Fully equipped apartment (kitchen, laundry). Cleaned and comfy bed, guaranteed assigned parking lot. Perfect location to Palm cove beach. Responsive host. The one I like the most is: free YouTube premium and Netflix

The remote control for 2 tvs in the room was really slow, unsure if the remote needs battery change. The main entrance door needs to be fixed (Making loud noise on opening while keep scratching on the floor). The instruction to get the keys from the lock box is abit confusing. Otherwise, very happy with my stay
