Specious room. Big bathroom. Sunny and green outdoor. Tasty breakfast. Staff was nice!
The electricity shut down two times at night, therefore it became hot, couldn’t charge our devices when we needed to charge a lot of stuff. We were there for work. The TV didn’t work, it was changed to a new one that also was not functioning which is funny) Few times there was barely warm water in the shower. Constant mistake in details with the requested invoice. We didn’t have slippers in the room. Swimming pool is just there to look nice. Need more wardrobes or shelves. But I understand it’s kinda standard in Bali that there is not many furniture to use. Kinda empty.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay
The staff are so friendly. I loved the banana pancakes for breakfast. The room was always cleaned and smelt fresh. Water and new towels everyday. The garden area was tranquil and calm and you have your own little balcony. You can organise pick up and take back to the airport, but give your arrival and departure times in 24 hour time to avoid confusion.
It rained while we were there so it would have been nice if our TV was connected to an aerial so it would work.

Degradation des équipements tres mauvais service client et le pompon ils rajoutent sur le prix final des taxes 500 000 pour 5.050 pour la chambre soit 10% alors que sur booking le prix indiqué comprend les taxes et les charges. Le couple de manageurs n’est jamais present
