Family of 4 - loved Alvor. Amazing apartment.
Lovely apartment, very spacious, pictures don’t do it justice it’s very big. Facilities good, love that there were things like salt/ pepper/ tea and sugar, shopping bags and Tupperware to make life easier. A lovely location and very quiet community. Loved the pool was always a sunbed available. We didn’t hire a car we got Uber everywhere was around €5 to the beaches and town. Host was amazing and met us at the property and communicated well. The town is amazing and we will be coming back next year as we want to visit more restaurants and beaches, so much to do.
The property was amazing but the only thing I wasn’t expecting the steep hill out the back of the apartment and the gravel and stairs leading to the pool. It’s not buggy friendly. The walk to the beach was a bit long and down a dirt track so again not great for young families. Also very minor but the park is right outside the apartment and it was all cordoned off as looks broken so we couldn’t use it.
