Clean with excellent location but too many negatives to stay here again.
Communications prior to the visit were very good. The main bedroom was nice and had an ensuite shower. Location is excellent and the flat was clean. Decor is modern.
I think the reviews and photos on booking.com are misleading. It's a very small space which is ok for four people at bedtime but not much space if you all want to sit in the living room etc together. The electricity was not working when we arrived but the host came up and sorted it out quite quickly. The stairs up to the flat are narrow and dark, the lighting did not work and that made it difficult when getting up and down at night for our elderly guests who are in their late 70s. There is no aircon in the living room or kitchen area so the bedroom doors have to be left open which means that people in the bedrooms can't have their privacy. There was a slow leak from the toilet and the bathroom smelled damp and musty. There are two showers but you can only use one at a time as the water pressure drops and the hot water doesn't flow. Ceiling paint peeling the second bedroom. The booking information said there was a courtyard view but actually there was very little to see as the living room window overlooked an alleyway and was just a few feet away from the building opposite so the blinds had to be kept down. The view from the kitchen which I'm assuming is the area that they referred to as the courtyard was not anything but there was a balcony of sorts however that door was locked and there was no access. Overall, it was difficult as there was nowhere nice for for our elderly guests to sit and stay at home which meant we had to find somewhere for them to be outside all day. I would not book this place again.

Great location. Foinikoudes Beach is a two-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it convenient for families with children. The kitchen has everything you need.
There's no balcony or view. It would be nice to have rags for wiping the table and floor. A small dish drying rack would also be handy.

La posizione è perfetta. 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi. La casa è confortevole e nonostante sia nel cuore della cittadina, è insonorizzata bene
