  The location is further back from the main areas of Jaipur, and I would say up market residential area. Nice and peaceful. The rooms were excellent and clean, and you can always request room service for a clean when you require. I did eat at the restaurant a few times breakfast and dinner the food and service was excellent and staff was always smart and presentable. I had an issue as soon as I arrived. The hot water system was not working correctly, but I was relocated within minutes to a larger room, which was excellent. Overall, I would recommend Palm Stay. If you are looking for great customer service, a restaurant, and great nights, sleep..

  Had a wonderful stay! The food was delicious, the rooms and washroom were clean and comfortable.

  I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The washrooms were also neat and hygienic, which made the stay even better. One of the best parts was the food—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great food and good service. I would happily stay here again

  Will never come back here

  Nothing. No i wont be rude, they let me park my car inside.

  Where to begin.. Felt like a scam from the beginning when they sent a 50% pre payment request on booking.com in the name of “re-confirmation”. Did not pay and decided to reach the property, clearly there was no such requirement but beware. When tried to access the TV in the room, neither the remote or the TV was working. Dejected i decided to take a shower but obviously the geyser decided to stop giving hot water midway. At night after the loud dj decided to stop popping our ears out, we tried to turn on the ac for the night but guess what? Even that wasn’t working. You’d think this is the end of it but the next morning as we packed things and started to leave, we were called back to pay 100 rs for a bottle of water in the room that did not say it was chargeable anywhere and that is after paying 3000 rupees for this shitty excuse of a stay.
