    Apartmán je celkem nový, takže velmi dobře vybavený kuchyňský kout, pračka a velká terasa s posezením a slunečníkem. Co se týče lokality, apartmán je v blízkosti hlavní silnice a kostela, ale byl tu poměrně klid a minimální hluk. Výhodou je supermarket přes hlavní silnici. Na nejbližší pláž je to cca 500 m, ale chodili jsme na klidnější místa.

    Budova není zcela dokončena, takže chybí oplocení a přístupová cesta. Budovu nelze centrálně uzavřít, takže potencionálně je přístupná komukoli.
