Apartman is functional, it has everything required to sleep over and prepare a meal. Apartment was clean and all stated equipment was there. It was peaceful, we did not hear any additional noise. Location is pretty good, as it is close to the centre, and close to bus stop from airport bus. Nearby are some good options for dinner/drinks.
Everything including check-in in is very impersonal, no human touch, it is like kind of hostel with apartments without reception. Our apartment had very little nature light, was very dark. We did not stay much inside as we did not feel like it.

Tolle Wohnung im Zentrum
Das unkomplizierte Einchecken ist sehr einfach. Die Zimmercodes bekommt man zeitnah aufs Handy, wenn man online eingecheckt und bezahlt hat. Die Wohnung ist sauber und direkt in der Altstadt von Palma. Alles wichtige zum Leben ist in der Nähe. Mittlerweile waren wir schon zweimal hier, das dritte Mal ist schon gebucht. Auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung und Dusche im Keller sind für ein späteren Check-out ein tolles Extra.

My personal data were hacked, any booking there is a huge security risk.
Meine persönlichen Datender Buchung wuden gehackt. Weder Booking.com noch die Unterkunft haben darauf reagiert, statt dessen wurde man gezwungen seine Daten inkl. Kredidkarte erneut einzugeben! Völlig untragbar.
