Don’t book through Booking.com there is no support or reconciliation if something doesn’t go as expected
It was a gated community
The location was more than a mile than was described on Booking.com. Luckily I had a car and a jk ble to drive to try to find the location which I eventually found after about an hour it is likely a 20 minute walk to the beach not five minutes. It is gated so it feel safe. I did stay one night as I got there very late. There was minimal kitchen and bathroom amenities, small ants in the kitchen. The towels were thin, and the beds were comfortable hat that’s comfortable. You couldn’t have both showers on at the same time. I ended up staying at the hotel my conference was at for the remainder of the Booking.com will not reimburse as I apparently did not pay them even though their site and directions were inaccurate. The company that used Booking.com.(the condo.) would not reimburse. They said it was Booking.com‘s problem. I paid for three nights that I did not stay. It was absolutely not as described. Both parties seemed to be willing to help, but neither seem to have the ability to make the final decision. I had a lot of stress during all of this for what could have been a very relaxing vacation , but trying to figure this out and still have not got reimbursed was very challenging

We had a wonderful stay
The property was very nice and safe. The condo had everything we needed. We will visit again.
