    For the price, I would expect a better maintenance and cleaning.

    Great location, right in the old city center and near to all the touristic spots! Check-in was smooth and easy, the property is easily accessible using codes.

    Maintenance is almost non existent: AC hasn't been cleaned in years, it has runoff coming down the wall and it's full of dust, do not use. Refrigerator seal is loose, full of mold and there's duct tape covering something inside it. Cutlery was filthy, full of old food and crust, we has to thoroughly clean everything we used. One TV remote batteries had no charge, so we had to shift batteries around to use it. Shower head is broken. Overhead shower, toilet paper holder and faucet fixtures are loose. All window walls have holes in it, since the curtain hits them when you open the window. The bed has a small mattress covering the actual mattress (it's 2 separate beds) but the linen doesn't have the correct size to cover it, so it easy slides during the night. Terrible maintenance and sub-par cleaning, I don't understand all these 10 star reviews. Location cannot make you ignore all the issues.
